使い方は？
インキュベーション手順
使用前に、広い容器で均一になるまでよく振ってください。
- 海水または水道水に非ヨウ素化塩を使用
- 塩分濃度：28–30 ppt
- 推奨pH：8–8.5
- 必要に応じて炭酸水素ナトリウム（NaHCO₃）でpH調整
洗浄せずに、シストを孵化タンクに直接投入（濃度：2 g/L）
- 孵化期間中は十分な曝気を実施
- 培養温度：28–30℃に維持
- 最低1500ルクスの照明を常時提供
孵化時間：24–28時間
- 酸素濃度を15–20 ppmに上げ、曝気を15–20分停止
- ナウプリアを細かいメッシュネットで採取
- 集中器で淡水にて十分にすすぐ
- 給餌まで4℃で保管
- シストは涼しく乾燥した場所で0–6℃にて保管
- 直射日光を避ける
- 開封後はすぐに使用。未使用の場合は、密封した状態で涼しい場所に保管
