​Delivery Policy

Domestic Deliveries (Türkiye)

• Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipments are delivered via contracted cargo companies.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the city, stock availability, and special conditions (e.g., official holidays).
• Delivery fees are shown during checkout and confirmed before payment.

International Deliveries

• International shipments are carried out in line with the Incoterms agreed in the sales contract (e.g., EXW, FOB, CFR, DDP).
• Delivery time, costs, and responsibilities (insurance, duties, customs clearance) depend on the agreed Incoterm.
• VARS Aquaculture ensures products are packaged according to international logistics standards (including temperature-sensitive items where required).

Packaging & Logistics

• All shipments are securely packaged to protect product quality.
• Special conditions may apply for perishable or live aquaculture-related goods.

Disputes

• For Consumers (B2C): In the event of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the residence of the consumer or where the purchase was made shall have jurisdiction.
• For Businesses (B2B): For disputes arising from international or commercial sales, Turkish law shall apply, and Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
