银鲑（Oncorhynchus kisutch）是当制约条件为低水温或循环水系统、而非外海养成时，孵化场所选择的鲑科鱼种。在淡水 RAS 中，它比大西洋鲑更快达到上市规格，并能耐受此类系统实际运行的温度区间——这正是韩国与日本孵化项目采用它的原因。
鱼卵在发眼阶段出运，即胚胎能够承受搬运的节点；在此之前根本无法运输。它们装入保温箱，在冷藏温度下随数据记录仪空运，抵达后以最小温差直接入孵化器。搬运与孵化指引随货同附：抵达时的温度驯化、孵化水温，以及该批次的积温预期。
