We help you design and build hatcheries, put experienced people inside them, and fix what isn't performing
We are not an engineering or construction firm. Our specialists have worked inside marine finfish hatcheries — broodstock, larviculture, live feed, biosecurity and water quality — and we bring that experience to the people designing, building and operating yours. Sourcing and advisory across salmonid ova, live feed and hatchery equipment worldwide.
Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS)
Primary Rearing Tank
High-density clean oxygenated water environment for optimal fish & shrimp growth with continuous waste removal.
Four ways we work with hatcheries
Most clients arrive at one of these four points. Pick the one that matches where you are.
Build it
You have capital and a site, and need a hatchery that actually produces. We work alongside your contractor and equipment suppliers from feasibility study to first commercial batch — the biology and process expertise a construction contract does not come with.
Feasibility, site and water assessment
Market analysis, species strategy, site viability and the water-quality work that decides whether the project is buildable before you commit capital.
Hatchery and RAS design support
We set the biological requirements your engineers design to — tank layout, flow, filtration and capacity sized to your target output — and review their drawings against what the animals actually need.
Equipment selection and procurement
Specification and sourcing through our direct manufacturer network, so you buy the right kit at the right price instead of whatever a single vendor quotes.
Commissioning and start-up
On-site commissioning, live feed culture establishment, biosecurity protocols and the first production runs, until the facility is genuinely ready for commercial output.
Licensing and EU/GCC compliance
TRACES registration, veterinary health certification and ASC/GlobalG.A.P groundwork prepared during the build, not retrofitted after your first export is refused.
Staff it
You need people who have done this before, inside your operation. We place experienced hatchery specialists and the technical leadership to hold a production plan together — the roles below are ones our people have held.
Broodstock and reproductive programmes
Broodstock selection and conditioning, spawning management and egg production planning, built around a breeding strategy that holds egg quality season after season.
Larviculture and early life stages
Larval rearing management targeting survival and uniformity — weaning protocols, grading and the early-stage practices that decide what reaches your grow-out.
Live feed production systems
Rotifer (Brachionus spp.), Artemia and microalgae production plus enrichment protocols. Our SV-12 trials in the Aegean lifted rotifer density 8-fold in three days, against 85% Artemia hatch rates.
Production planning and KPIs
Annual production plans, capacity management, budgeting and the KPI reporting that tells you where a cycle went wrong while you can still correct it.
Biosecurity and fish health
Biosecurity protocols, disease prevention, health monitoring and quality assurance — designed to keep pathogens out of a sterile recirculating system rather than chase them once inside.
Water quality and system performance
Monitoring and interpretation of the parameters that actually move survival, with environmental control and system performance held inside their operating windows.
Technical team leadership and training
Production team supervision, structured technical training and competency development — so your own people can hold the standard once our specialists step back.
SAP and AquaManager configuration
Configuring SAP and AquaManager for production tracking, inventory, batch traceability and reporting. Few hatchery consultancies do ERP work; we do.
Improve it
The facility runs, but the numbers don't. We audit what's happening biologically and operationally, then fix the constraint.
Operational audit and bottleneck analysis
A structured review of production processes and workflow to find the actual constraint — which is rarely the one being blamed.
FCR and growth performance
Feed conversion, ingredient digestibility and feeding-regime analysis, with the formulation changes that move cost per kilogram.
Live feed stability
Diagnosing rotifer and Chlorella culture crashes, ciliate contamination and inconsistent Artemia enrichment, then rebuilding the protocol so it holds.
Export readiness audit
Auditing packing, cold chain and documentation against EU and Middle East import requirements before a rejected consignment teaches you the same lesson.
Source it
Direct access to the inputs a hatchery runs on — eggs, live feed, additives and equipment — through relationships we already hold.
Salmonid ova and fertilized eggs
Atlantic and Coho salmon and trout eggs from certified, disease-free broodstock, shipped eyed and cold-chain verified with full origin traceability.
Live feed and microalgae
Artemia cysts, decapsulated Artemia and fresh Chlorella, supplied to hatcheries across Türkiye, South Korea and the Middle East.
Equipment and feed additives
RAS equipment, oxygenation and filtration through our manufacturer network, plus aquafeed ingredients — fish meal, wheat gluten, potato protein.
Export logistics and documentation
Reefer and air-freight logistics with customs brokerage, temperature-logged and documented to clear EU and GCC border inspection.
