Coho (Oncorhynchus kisutch) is the salmonid hatcheries turn to when the constraint is cold water or a recirculating system rather than open-sea grow-out. Supply follows the source hatchery's stripping and eyeing calendar rather than a stock position, so volumes are best reserved months ahead of the incubation window. Minimum order is around 50,000 eggs, and every consignment carries the health certification its origin authority issues for the species and destination.
