Article 1 – Subject
This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer from varsco.com.
Article 2 – Product/Service Subject to the Agreement
The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, and delivery details of the product/service are specified in the invoice/pre-information form approved by the Buyer at the time of order.
Product type, quantity, price, and shipping costs are displayed on the order page.
VARS Aquaculture specializes in aquaculture-related products (e.g., live feed, feed additives, aquaculture solutions).
Some products are perishable and temperature-sensitive.
Article 3 – Delivery
- Domestic deliveries within Türkiye are shipped within [6] business days after payment confirmation.
- International deliveries are made according to the Incoterms agreed at the time of sale.
- Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
Article 4 – Payment Terms
- Payments are made via iyzico’s secure payment infrastructure or bank transfer/EFT.
- Order confirmation occurs only after successful payment.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or goods at risk of spoilage.
Article 6 – Returns and Cancellations
- Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
- Returns must be reported to support@varsco.com with photos and order details.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 business days after inspection.
- For international B2B shipments, returns are subject to agreed Incoterms.
Article 7 – Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes exceeding these limits, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
- In consumer transactions, disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.
- In B2B international sales, disputes shall be governed by Turkish law and resolved in Izmir Courts.
Article 8 – Enforcement
By electronically approving this agreement, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms.
Article 9 – Acceptance
By confirming an order, the Buyer acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement electronically.
