Future Fish Eurasia returns to Fuar İzmir on 24–26 September 2026, and VARS will be on stand C-237 in Hall C.
Why this one is different for us
We have exhibited abroad, in Busan. This one is ten minutes from the office.
Future Fish Eurasia is the 12th International Fair for Fish Imports and Exports, Processing, Aquaculture and Fisheries, and it runs in İzmir — the city VARS Su Ürünleri works from. The Aegean hatcheries and processing plants we supply are an hour or two up the coast. Our office is in Konak. Being the local exhibitor lets us say yes to things a visiting stand cannot: an extra hour, a second meeting, a look at how we actually operate.
We are going for the conversations. Twenty minutes across a table settles what a month of email circles around — a specification, a shipping window, a problem someone has been living with quietly. Customers, suppliers and people we have only ever written to will all be in one building for three days.
Where to find us
Stand C-237, Hall C. Coming in through the registration desk in the foyer, walk down the central aisle to the lower half of the hall and look to your right — we are on the west side, between ADEC and Form Atılım, facing Taçmak across the aisle.
If that sounds like directions you will forget by September, we built an interactive hall map that walks you from the entrance to the stand.
What we are bringing
- A portfolio that keeps growing — live feed, hatchery inputs, feed ingredients, salmonid ova and seafood, with new lines joining each year. Come and see what has been added since we last spoke
- The sourcing network behind it — producers across several regions, held to one standard and one point of contact, so you deal with us rather than six suppliers in five time zones
- Where we ship — Europe, the GCC and Asia, with the cold chain, export documentation and freight routing that has to travel alongside the goods
- The part that outlasts the fair — protocols, hatch data and certificates of analysis. What you take away from the stand should still be useful in your hatchery months later
Come with a problem, not a business card
The most useful stand conversations we have are the ones where somebody arrives with a hatch rate that will not hold, a weaning window that keeps slipping, or an import file that keeps bouncing. Bring the specification. We would rather spend twenty minutes on your numbers than five on ours.
Stand time fills up across the three days, so it is worth booking a slot before you travel.
