Sustainably farmed Penaeus vannamei shrimps from Aegean coastal ponds. Packed fresh and frozen using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology to lock in ocean freshness.

Shrimp is one of the most widely traded seafood products in the world, and one of the least forgiving to handle: texture and shelf life are set by how fast it is chilled after harvest, not by the grade on the box. VARS supplies both farmed and wild-caught shrimp, processed and packed to hold condition through a long export leg.

It is a high-protein, low-fat product — 24 g of protein and 99 kcal per 100 g — which is why it moves as readily into retail packs as into hotel kitchens. Formats are agreed per order, and frozen consignments travel by reefer container rather than air, which is materially cheaper per kilo and equally safe once the product is frozen.

Typical minimum for seafood is around 500 kg. Every shipment carries a health or veterinary certificate, a certificate of analysis for the batch, a certificate of origin, and the commercial invoice and packing list; EU-bound consignments are pre-notified through TRACES and Gulf buyers receive SFDA-compliant Halal documentation.

It depends on the product. Typical MOQs are 50,000 for salmon eggs, 1 carton for live feed and 500 kg for seafood. Feed ingredients such as fish meal and vital wheat gluten move in full-pallet or container lots, and we will confirm the exact minimum for your item with the quotation.

Chilled seafood and eyed ova move in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging, and the logger record travels with the consignment so the receiving side can verify the whole journey rather than trust a claim.

Yes. Technical specification sheets and laboratory analysis reports are provided on quotation, and the CoA for the specific batch allocated to you is issued before shipment. If a parameter in your own specification is not on our standard analysis, tell us at quotation stage and we will confirm whether it can be tested for that batch.

The importer does — permits for live aquatic animals and fertilized ova are issued by the destination country's competent authority to a party established there. We supply everything the application needs from the origin side: hatchery approval details, health status, species and consignment specification.
