Raw-fish counters, sashimi restaurants and live-tank retail each need the fish presented differently. Tell us the market and we cut, pack and document to suit it.

冷冻鱼片

带皮鱼片按出口等级冷冻，每尾出两片，并按单片重量分级。

以充氧包装袋或专用航空集装箱包装，供应设有活鱼池的餐厅及零售渠道。

存活时限
在最佳条件下门到门 24 – 30 小时。超过 30 小时风险急剧上升，我们不予发运。
实例 — 韩国至海湾地区
包装及转运至仁川机场（ICN）3 – 5 小时，飞行 9 – 10 小时，到港理货、清关与提货 3 – 6 小时。合计约 18 – 24 小时，处于安全时限内。

Getting it there in condition

Frozen moves by reefer, fresh and live move by air. The constraint that decides everything on a live shipment is time, so we confirm the corridor before you commit to an order.

Air freight

Fresh gutted on flake ice and live fish in oxygen-filled bags or dedicated air containers, with temperature logging and customs brokerage. Tell us the destination airport.

Reefer sea freight

Frozen fillets in temperature-logged reefer containers, documented to clear EU, US and GCC border inspection. Tell us the destination port.

Worked example: Korea to the Gulf

Live fish stay viable 24 to 30 hours door-to-door under optimal conditions. Beyond 30 hours the risk rises sharply and we will not ship it. This corridor runs comfortably inside the window:

  1. 3 – 5 h
    Packing and transfer to Incheon (ICN)
  2. 9 – 10 h
    Flight time
  3. 3 – 6 h
    Arrival handling, customs and pickup

Roughly 18 – 24 hours total — inside the safe window, with margin for delay.

What we need in order to quote

Include as much of this as you can and we can price the shipment rather than starting with questions. Anything you do not know yet, we will work out with you.

  • Target market — for example raw-fish counters or Japanese restaurants
  • Format and size band, plus fins on or trimmed, plain or lightly salted
  • Destination port for frozen, or destination airport for fresh and live
  • Order quantity — kg, tonnes or FCL
  • Order frequency, if this is a repeating requirement
  • Which documents your importer requires, and your target delivery window

冷冻鱼片、冰鲜去脏和活鱼，视目的地与运输时间而定。活鱼与冰鲜走空运，适合远东市场和高端餐饮；冷冻适合长航线和有备货需求的买家。三种形式均随附 TRACES、分析证书与 ASC 单证。

按货物能承受的方式选择。发眼卵、生鲜鱼和餐饮酒店订单走空运，因为这里以小时计。冷冻水产品、丰年虫卵、微藻粉和饲料原料走冷藏或普通集装箱，每公斤成本明显更低，对这些产品也完全安全。

商业发票与装箱单、动物源性产品的卫生或兽医证书、原产地证书，以及该批次的分析证书或技术数据表。发往欧盟的货物还会通过 TRACES 预先申报。贵方进口许可另有要求的文件，也会补入这套单证。

发货。首批认证大西洋鲑发眼卵经仁川进入韩国的冷链走廊由我们建立，我们也向日本的商业鲑鱼育苗场供应发眼卵并提供孵化支持。这些线路已经成熟，并非试验阶段。

可以。每一批货都用温度记录仪监控，并将记录提供给您。冰鲜水产品与发眼卵采用隔热、控温包装运输，记录仪数据随货同行，收货方可以自行核验全程，而不必仅凭一句承诺。
